My name is Astrid van Schaik. In 2014 I graduated as a Cesar Kinetics Therapist (Oefentherapeut Cesar) at Hogeschool Utrecht in the Netherlands. After graduating I started working as a substitute in many different practices of colleagues for a short or longer periode of time. I enjoyed experiencing the different type of practices and approaches of my colleagues very much. It gave me the possibility to develop my own approach en it helped my to choose in what areas to educate myself even more. In de past years I’ve became an orthopaedical therapist by following the post-graduate course at The Dutch Academy of Orthopaedic Medicine (Cyriax)®.

I am registered in the Dutch 'Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici' for Cesar Kinetic Therapists. Comparable to the Dutch BIG-register for physical therapists, to stay licensed, post-education is needed to stay up-to-date. This gives you the best practice in your therapy session.
