Shoulder

The shoulder joint consists of several bones and joints, which are given stability through ligaments and muscles. For movements of the arm, a coordination is needed of the scapula, clavicula, spina and ribs. Pain or problems can occur after overload, a fall or accident, different breathing pattern when in stress, disbalance in muscles or sometimes the cause is unclear. It is important to find the exact source of the pain, as well what was causing it. Is there a problem with ligaments, tendons (tendinitis), bursitis, muscles, ribs, nerves or something else? These complaints can be treated with massage (friction), tretches, muscle and posture training.
